Paul Egelser facilitates mentoring and coaching for entrepreneurs through qualified mentors and business coaches to build practical skills and knowledge. He was instrumental in developing the National Mentoring and Coaching Programme for Bank of Namibia, and currently leads its implementation by Development Bank of Namibia. He facilitates a wide range of services.

- An agreement is signed with all parties involved
